SVP/Manager - Cash Management & Deposit Services

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a broad range of cash management and operations experience along with a wide knowledge of fee based products.  Must have the ability to understand the technical aspects of cash management and fee based products.  Must be persuasive and have the ability to obtain buy-in from different constituencies and be a rainmaker for his/her area of responsibility.  A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience managing a Cash Management department or a combination of equivalent education and experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Manager of Cash Management and Deposit Services position is responsible for all current and future cash management & deposit services product offerings enterprise wide.  Some of the Company's future "suite" of cash management and deposit services related products will be developed in-house, but many products will be acquired from correspondent banks and other third party vendors.  Management responsibilities include the management of the cash management sales team, cash management support team, cash management & deposit products and product risk management, with the objective of establishing depository products and services as a core business line.  The expected results of these efforts are the generation of significant incremental growth in deposit and cash management revenue (non-interest income NII).

Account Executive (2)

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be able to use Microsoft Office programs and have knowledge of basic accounting concepts and mathematical skills, including how to calculate percentages, ratios and fractions.  Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally in English, especially over the phone.  Prior customer service, ability to defuse highly stressful situations and problem solving experience required.  Desired experience includes accounting or collections or related field.  Bi-lingual skills a plus.  A college degree with at least one year of customer service experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as an Account Executive, you will be managing customer related account activities by taking actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, resolving client issues and monitoring client loan collateral.  Daily duties include processing client funding requests, performing collections, verification and AR functions, recommending and approving account debtor credit limits and identifying and curing defaults by requesting more collateral or negotiating a repayment plan.

Central Operations Representative

Primary Responsibilities: 
This is a great opportunity to expand your interpersonal skills. As a Central Operations Representative, you will be primarily responsible for handling incoming client service phone calls. Though your duties will vary over time, some may include entering stop payments and block entries into computer system, reviewing credit ratings, conducting research, and processing levies and legal orders. AVP/Centralized Lending

This position requires strong knowledge of cash flow, loan structure, collateral issues, due diligence, financial statement spreading techniques, loan portfolio management and solid real estate appraisal review skills.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, solid underwriting experience with excellent accounting and computer skills, including strong financial spreading software experience.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position, the ideal candidate acts as the Bank’s Consumer Loan Manager on HELOC and Ready Reserve Accounts for assigned regions.  Examines, evaluates, and recommends credit decisions on client applications for retail small business and consumer loan requests, specifically the Professional Loan Product Suite; Reward Line of Credit (Business); Reward Term Loan (Business); Reward Line of Credit (Consumer); Convenience Line of Credit (Consumer); and Installment Loans (Consumer).  Processes credit card applications (business and consumer) for assigned regions.

Loan Documentation Officer

For this position, we require at least five years of experience documenting loans.  LaserPro is our current software.  Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are a must.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates' degree or the equivalent in related work experience.

Primary Responsibilities: 
We are seeking a full-time Loan Documentation Officer to join our Loan Support Services Department.  In this role, the Loan Documentation Officer will be called upon to prepare commercial, construction and consumer loan documentation pursuant to specific credit underwriting requirements.  Key to this position is attention to detail and excellent communication and organization skills.  The ideal candidate will have five years of loan documentation experience, preferably with LaserPro.

AVP Branch Administrator

Credit Analyst

In this position, you must be able to perform all tasks within the Loan Support Services Operations Department with emphasis on the SBA processing function including 1502 reporting, daily remittances and loan sales.  The position requires strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and a loan servicing background. Must have experience using and understanding the bank's system of record (ITI).  Must have a through knowledge of loans, processing payments and advances on the ITI system.  Also provides support to Loan Support Services Operations personnel.
