Branch Utility

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be able to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner; perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately; operate banking equipment; use personal computers and related software; and maintain financial records.  High School diploma with at least one year of prior banking experience preferred.  

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position as a Branch Utility, you will be providing coverage for two branches (San Jose and Los Gatos) in the San Jose region for absences due to vacation/illness/open jobs.  Will perform teller duties, open new accounts, and handle miscellaneous CSR functions.  This job requires traveling among our branches in that area as necessary.

HOA Banking Specialist

Qualifications: 
This position requires strong knowledge of branch operations and opening new accounts.  The ideal candidate will also have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing to all levels of responsibility, organize and coordinate daily job functions, work with minimal supervision while performing duties and have an intermediate level of computer proficiency.  Some college training and experience is preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position, the ideal candidate will provide customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and research requests.  You will also be completing all set-up, maintenance of accounts and process daily incoming payments through the HOA lock box remittance systems; which includes checks, ACH, credit card.  Further, you will create and deploy all necessary reports, data files and image files within the established service levels.

AVP/Centralized Lending

Qualifications: 
This position requires strong knowledge of cash flow, loan structure, collateral issues, due diligence, financial statement spreading techniques, loan portfolio management and solid real estate appraisal review skills.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, solid underwriting experience with excellent accounting and computer skills, including strong financial spreading software experience.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position, the ideal candidate acts as the Bank’s Consumer Loan Manager on HELOC and Ready Reserve Accounts for assigned regions.  Examines, evaluates, and recommends credit decisions on client applications for retail small business and consumer loan requests, specifically the Professional Loan Product Suite; Reward Line of Credit (Business); Reward Term Loan (Business); Reward Line of Credit (Consumer); Convenience Line of Credit (Consumer); and Installment Loans (Consumer).  Processes credit card applications (business and consumer) for assigned regions.

Loan Documentation Officer

Qualifications: 
For this position, we require at least five years of experience documenting loans.  LaserPro is our current software.  Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are a must.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates' degree or the equivalent in related work experience.

Primary Responsibilities: 
We are seeking a full-time Loan Documentation Officer to join our Loan Support Services Department.  In this role, the Loan Documentation Officer will be called upon to prepare commercial, construction and consumer loan documentation pursuant to specific credit underwriting requirements.  Key to this position is attention to detail and excellent communication and organization skills.  The ideal candidate will have five years of loan documentation experience, preferably with LaserPro.

AVP Branch Administrator

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, have a thorough working knowledge of all operations areas of the bank, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Prior banking experience should include: writing procedures, training staff and understanding of compliance. Must be highly motivated, able to work well under pressure and without immediate supervision. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or the equivalent experience is desired.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position as an AVP/Branch Administrator, you will recommend policies, procedures and objectives for banking offices.  You will ensure branch policies, procedures and best practices are in regulatory compliance and conform to overall institutional policies.  This position requires travel within a specified Region as needed for training and provide leadership in the absence of senior branch officers.

Credit Analyst

Primary Responsibilities: 
As a credit analyst, you will be responsible for underwriting a wide variety of business and commercial real estate loans.  The main objective of this position is to support and expedite the underwriting functions of the Danville lending unit.  This position is also responsible for evaluating cash flow and collateral to service the Bank's lending position and accurately determine the borrower's ability to incur and repay debt.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this position, you must be able to perform all tasks within the Loan Support Services Operations Department with emphasis on the SBA processing function including 1502 reporting, daily remittances and loan sales.  The position requires strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and a loan servicing background. Must have experience using and understanding the bank's system of record (ITI).  Must have a through knowledge of loans, processing payments and advances on the ITI system.  Also provides support to Loan Support Services Operations personnel.

You will participate in new product evaluation, implementation, testing and roll-out to staff and clients, provide training as needed and analyze and management product statistics to achieve strategic objectives.
