Client Service/ New Accounts Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, prospective clients and Bank employees, in person, by electronic mail, and on the phone. Maintain a working knowledge of banking operations as it applies to the position. Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of all Bank products and service fees in order to meet client needs and/or refer them to the appropriate department. Accurately input account information in the applicable computer programs as part of the new account process. Process with accuracy, all teller transactions as applicable in a timely manner. Manage assigned cash drawer within Bank policy and procedures. Assist supervisor with training new tellers as needed.

Summary:

Central Wire Representative

 Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all Bank clients and employees, be it in person or on the telephone. Accurately process in a timely manner all incoming and outgoing wires (including Cash Management activity). Process client drawdown and reverse wire requests according to banks policy and procedures. Obtain (from the Finance Department) and monitor the “target FRB balance” on a daily basis for all institutions. Ensure compliance and security issues regarding wire room functions are adhered to, which include verifying funds transfer agreement signature(s), account balances and maintaining Funds Transfer record keeping. Responsible for daily balancing of funds transfer activity, cash management wires and ensuring the block posting file is processed by Fiserv. Other duties may include processing of month end reports, and any special projects assigned by the supervisor.

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to all Bank employees and clients, be it in person or on the telephone or by e-mail.  Process all client wire transactions timely and accurately, consistent with the Bank’s policies and procedures.  Possess knowledge and an understanding of all Bank products and service fees.  Assure the Bank is not placed in a potential loss situation by following the Bank’s policies and procedures.  Generally, this position has one to two years of experience.

Central Operations Representative

AVP/ Centralized Lending

This position requires strong knowledge of cash flow, loan structure, collateral issues, due diligence, financial statement spreading techniques, loan portfolio management and solid real estate appraisal review skills.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, solid underwriting experience with excellent accounting and computer skills, including strong financial spreading software experience.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities
In this position, the ideal candidate acts as the Bank’s Consumer Loan Manager on HELOC and Ready Reserve Accounts for assigned regions.  Examines, evaluates, and recommends credit decisions on client applications for retail small business and consumer loan requests, specifically the Professional Loan Product Suite; Reward Line of Credit (Business); Reward Term Loan (Business); Reward Line of Credit (Consumer); Convenience Line of Credit (Consumer); and Installment Loans (Consumer).  Processes credit card applications (business and consumer) for assigned regions.

Lending Compliance Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as a Lending Compliance Support Specialist, you will be assisting in identifying and monitoring the risks inherent in the Lending Compliance and CRA functions of the Bank.  Job duties include assisting in conducting lending compliance related monitorings and drafting monitoring reports, assisting in writing lending compliance related policies and procedures and creating and conducting lending compliance training as required.
