Senior Branch Utility Representative

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY:

A Sr. Branch Utility Representative provides coverage for absences in a dedicated region(s) including new accounts supervisor, branch supervisor & operations officer.  Primary coverage responsibilities will be for branch supervisor & officer positions although when necessary may need to cover for teller, new accounts representatives or receptionist. The Sr. Branch Utility Representative is responsible for servicing customers with depository transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and supporting sales staff as required.

Cash Management Product Specialist

Set up new users on the Online Banking system. Maintain all customer files with current information. Respond to inquiries from clients and co-workers in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Complete special projects as assigned. Process monthly billings and conduct a periodic review of the ITI Analysis system to ensure accurate charges and making adjustments where necessary. SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for the technical administration and support of Cash Management Electronic Banking products. Responsibilities include timely and accurate implementation of new clients on the electronic banking systems as well as continued support for existing clients.  Provides support and assistance to Cash Management Services in meeting or surpassing established department goals.

Central Operations Representative

Responsible for processing stop payments and account transfers.  Ensure all are properly authorized according to security procedures and well documented.  Maintain all requests in accordance with Bank record keeping policy. Client Service Officer

Advanced computer and technical skills are essential (Teller platform, Microsoft Office, etc. and experience with banking software, like FISERV, Premier ITI or Horizon). Bachelor's degree (B. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY:

Relationship Credit Manager

Account Executive

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be able to use Microsoft Office programs and have knowledge of basic accounting concepts and mathematical skills, including how to calculate percentages, ratios and fractions.  Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally in English, especially over the phone.  Prior customer service, ability to defuse highly stressful situations and problem solving experience required.  Desired experience includes accounting or collections or related field.  Bi-lingual skills a plus.  A college degree with at least one year of customer service experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as an Account Executive, you will be managing customer related account activities by taking actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, resolving client issues and monitoring client loan collateral.  Daily duties include processing client funding requests, performing collections, verification and AR functions, recommending and approving account debtor credit limits and identifying and curing defaults by requesting more collateral or negotiating a repayment plan.
