 FRAML Support Representative

Qualifications: 
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organization skills.  Must be a self-starter and be able to handle a multitude of tasks without loss of continuity or quality.  This job also requires a strong attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.  Proficiency with Director/Premier systems is a plus.  High School diploma with at least six months of prior banking experience preferred. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position, your main function would be to provide support for the operations of the Financial Intelligence Department (FID) by providing research, data and administrative assistance.  On a daily basis, you will input, track and monitor fraud cases.  This includes maintaining a Fraud Investigations spreadsheet, including quarterly subtotals of types and exposure, preparing paper and electronic files for the fraud investigations, using various bank systems to provide research assistance for fraud investigations and assisting with other reports as needed.

Product Specialist

Qualifications: 
This position requires a strong knowledge of bank products and bank operations procedures as well as client service resolution and customer services skills.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.  A certificate from a college or technical school or one to two years of prior banking experience preferred.  

Primary Responsibilities: 
This position is primarily responsible for the technical administration and support of Cash Management products.  Responsibilities include timely and accurate implementation of new clients on the electronic banking systems as well as continued support for existing clients.  Provides support and assistance to Cash Management Services in meeting or surpassing established department goals.

Lending Compliance Support Specialist

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will have a moderate level of technical consumer and non-consumer lending related compliance skills including Regulation Z/RESPA (TRID); Flood; Regulation B; Fair Credit Reporting Act; SAFE Act and; Regulation U knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and workflow.  Strong attention to detail and organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and technology skills are critical tools required for effective performance.  A bachelor's degree or two to four years related experience and/or training is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as a Lending Compliance Support Specialist, you will be assisting in identifying and monitoring the risks inherent in the Lending Compliance and CRA functions of the Bank.  Job duties include assisting in conducting lending compliance related monitorings and drafting monitoring reports, assisting in writing lending compliance related policies and procedures and creating and conducting lending compliance training as required.

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be able to use Microsoft Office programs and have knowledge of basic accounting concepts and mathematical skills, including how to calculate percentages, ratios and fractions.  Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally in English, especially over the phone.  Prior customer service, ability to defuse highly stressful situations and problem solving experience required.  Desired experience includes accounting or collections or related field.  Bi-lingual skills a plus.  A college degree with at least one year of customer service experience preferred.

In this full-time position as an Account Executive, you will be managing customer related account activities by taking actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, resolving client issues and monitoring client loan collateral.  Daily duties include processing client funding requests, performing collections, verification and AR functions, recommending and approving account debtor credit limits and identifying and curing defaults by requesting more collateral or negotiating a repayment plan.
