VP/Commercial Loan Officer

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent plus specialized training in lending, credit or related subjects. Five plus years of formal credit and SBA experience.  Solid business development experience.  Able to analyze financial statements.  Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.  Strong sales ability and negotiation skills.   Must be able to work off-bank hours.  Must be able to travel within assigned area.

Primary Responsibilities:
In this position, you will originate and service commercial loans of all types and provide continuing financial counseling to customers in conformance with established Bank objectives, policies and procedures, carry out ongoing business development programs to promote the Bank's lending services, interview applicants for commercial and other loans, conduct or coordinate analysis of credit information, and approve loans within lending authority and serve as Account Officer for assigned and originated loans.

Client Service/ New Accounts Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, prospective clients and Bank employees, in person, by electronic mail, and on the phone. Interact and establish rapport with all clients that conduct business in the branch. Display outstanding interpersonal skills and maintain a professional image at all times. Maintain a working knowledge of banking operations as it applies to the position. Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of all Bank products and service fees in order to meet client needs and/or refer them to the appropriate department. Possess a high level understanding of account ownerships and the supporting documentation required by regulatory and bank procedures. Accurately input account information in the applicable computer programs as part of the new account process. Process with accuracy, all teller transactions as applicable in a timely manner. Manage assigned cash drawer within Bank policy and procedures. Assist supervisor with training new tellers as needed.

SVP/ Regional Manager

This position requires strong knowledge of loan structure, loan portfolio management, financial statement analysis as well as leadership experience.  Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously without loss of continuity or quality.  Must be a self-starter and able to offer counsel and advice to junior lending/support staff.  A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and eight to ten years of experience or a Master's degree with five to ten years related experience and/or training is preferred. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
This position is responsible for achieving targeted deposit, commercial loan and income goals.  This will be accomplished by monitoring the activity of several commercial lending groups as well as maintaining your own portfolio.  In addition, you will be examining, evaluating and authorizing or recommending approval of client applications for a myriad of bank products including commercial lines of credit, commercial term loans, letters of credit, real estate loans and flat notes.

VP/ Centralized Lending

This position requires strong knowledge of cash flow, loan structure, collateral issues, due diligence, financial statement spreading techniques, loan portfolio management and solid real estate appraisal review skills.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, solid underwriting experience with excellent accounting and computer skills, including strong financial spreading software experience.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities
In this position, the ideal candidate acts as the Bank’s Consumer Loan Manager on HELOC and Ready Reserve Accounts for assigned regions.  Examines, evaluates, and recommends credit decisions on client applications for retail small business and consumer loan requests, specifically the Professional Loan Product Suite; Reward Line of Credit (Business); Reward Term Loan (Business); Reward Line of Credit (Consumer); Convenience Line of Credit (Consumer); and Installment Loans (Consumer).  Processes credit card applications (business and consumer) for assigned regions.

Lending Compliance Support Specialist

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will have a moderate level of technical consumer and non-consumer lending related compliance skills including Regulation Z/RESPA (TRID); Flood; Regulation B; Fair Credit Reporting Act; SAFE Act and; Regulation U knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and workflow.  Strong attention to detail and organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and technology skills are critical tools required for effective performance.  A bachelor's degree or two to four years related experience and/or training is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as a Lending Compliance Support Specialist, you will be assisting in identifying and monitoring the risks inherent in the Lending Compliance and CRA functions of the Bank.  Job duties include assisting in conducting lending compliance related monitorings and drafting monitoring reports, assisting in writing lending compliance related policies and procedures and creating and conducting lending compliance training as required. 

Summary:

Account Executive

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must be able to use Microsoft Office programs and have knowledge of basic accounting concepts and mathematical skills, including how to calculate percentages, ratios and fractions.  Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally in English, especially over the phone.  Prior customer service, ability to defuse highly stressful situations and problem solving experience required.  Desired experience includes accounting or collections or related field.  Bi-lingual skills a plus.  A college degree with at least one year of customer service experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: 
In this full-time position as an Account Executive, you will be managing customer related account activities by taking actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, resolving client issues and monitoring client loan collateral.  Daily duties include processing client funding requests, performing collections, verification and AR functions, recommending and approving account debtor credit limits and identifying and curing defaults by requesting more collateral or negotiating a repayment plan.
