To perform this job well, a candidate needs to be client focused, teamwork oriented, and have strong communication proficiency. Additionally professional skills such as needing minimal supervision, the ability to handle confidential information, strong organizational skills, and openness to feedback and coaching. Other qualifications include business banking knowledge from prior experience and advanced computer and technical skills. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will be the key liaison with clients. Complete client service activities such as handling client requests, transfers, wires etc. Perform customary teller functions when needed such as cash handling, balancing and deposit taking along we opening new accounts. This requires you ensure proper documentation in compliance with bank policies and procedures. Responsible for participating in joint sales calls with Relationship Managers and provide tier 1 support for basic cash management solutions (basic online banking, ATM/Debit/Credit cards, Mobile Banking etc.). All other duties as assigned.


This position involves close coordination with the Relationship Management team in welcoming new business into the bank and managing existing client relationships on a daily basis. This position is a key liaison to deliver clients the outstanding service that our Heritage Bank of Commerce brand is built upon.
