Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college and six months to one year related experience or one to two years related experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Input new/renewal loans and other maintenance changes as required for all loans, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate follow up of ITI note related exception items. In addition, accurately process monetary entries, including advances, payments, and payoffs for loans and accurately process loan fees, broker fees, documentation and other loan related out of pocket fees. Will also be responsible to clear all non-posts and in-process accounts. All other responsibilities assigned by manager.


Provides support to the Loan Support Services Department in the loan servicing area by boarding all types of commercial construction loans.
