A.) or equivalent from a two year college; or two to three years related experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Processes all payments and advances (physical and block, including SBA and serviced loans). Process all miscellaneous entries, i.e. risk rating. Processes all loan participation payment and advances. Interfaces with and assists credit analysts, branch staff, lending personnel, loan servicing staff, and commercial loan customers in a professional manner. Boards loans - new, renewals, extensions and SBA loans as needed. Maintains the general voice mailbox as needed. Prepares wire input and review as needed. Prepares and reviews demand letters for accuracy as needed. Processes 30 day Rest Requirement Ticklers as needed. Writes departmental procedures covering areas of responsibility or other procedures as assigned by manager. Picks up delivers and distributes mail as needed. All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Summary:

Provides support to the Loan Support Services Department in the areas of boarding loan, posting loan participation activity, posting payments and advances, general customer service, and any maintenance changes to the loans.
