A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs basic graphic design work and manipulates art work. Writes and copy edits marketing communications. Arranges proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Maintains promotional materials inventory. Plans and keeps track of meetings, client events and trade shows. Maintains marketing related databases and prepares relevant reports. Compose and post content on company website, intranet, and social media accounts. Co-ordinates involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars. Responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, or evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job. Knowledge of InDesign/Adobe Suite and copy editing skills are required.

Summary:

The Marketing Program Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects under the direct supervision of the Sr. VP of Marketing/Communications. He/she organizes public image campaigns and special events and participates in creating brand awareness through advertising and social media.
