Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain in depth knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, including creation and modification of products on Bank’s core servers. Maintain in depth knowledge of services delivered to clients via Bank’s cash management department, including online banking suite, ACH system, wires system and Merchant Capture, etc.Assist departments with new product review and implementation. Act as Bank’s primary liaison with core and system service providers as directed. Oversee the preparation of product risk assessments for new products. Oversee the preparation of vendor risk assessments and conduct required due diligence on vendors as directed. Manage the Bank’s Information Security Program and related policies and training, including presentation to the Board of Directors (or assigned committee) as assigned. Act as voting member of the Bank’s Information Services Steering Committee. Develop, maintain, and produce management reports as required.

Summary:

Assist with the administration, compliance, and implementation of the Bank’s Information Security Program and related policies, procedures and training. Assist with the oversight of the Bank’s vendor relationships, including initial and ongoing due diligence. Primary liaison with Bank’s vendors. Provides statistical and management reporting to business units, management and/or the Board of Directors.
