Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients on the phone and in person. Interact and establish rapport with all clients that conduct business in the branch. Display outstanding interpersonal skills and maintain a professional image at all times. Maintain a working knowledge of banking operations as it applies to the position. Follow proper procedures to mitigate risk to the bank. Follow bank policies and banking regulations. Conduct daily reviews of specified reports as required. Complete operations work accurately and efficiently. Process with accuracy, all teller transactions as applicable in a timely manner. Manage assigned cash drawer within Bank policy and procedures. Assist supervisor with training new tellers as needed.

Summary:

The Senior Client Service Representative is the employee in the branch who is primarily responsible for handling customers' depository transactions (cash and non-cash teller transactions) and inquiries. In addition, the Senior Client Services Representative may be primarily responsible for other transaction related tasks including but not limited to Cash Reconciliation, Vault Cash Shipping and Receiving, ATM balancing, Night Drop verification. This is a part time, 30 hr/week, position.
